【KAMAKURA meet】「出張料理人 岸本恵理子の仲間展」開催のお知らせ

2025年10月10日（金）から10月20日（月）まで、KAMAKURA meetにて、企画展「出張料理人 岸本恵理子の仲間展」を開催いたします。 本展は、出張料理人である岸本恵理子がこれまでに出会い、深く信頼を寄せてきたクラフト作家や食の作家たちが手掛ける、暮らしの品々をご紹介します。器、布もの、お菓子や調味料など、日常を豊かに彩る仲間たちが一堂に会し、岸本の感性と世界観をご体感いただけます。 皆様のご来場を心よりお待ち申し上げております。

Kamakura meet | Announcement of an Exhibition, "Traveling Chef Eriko Kishimoto and Her Circle" We are pleased to announce a special exhibition curated by traveling chef Eriko Kishimoto, titled "Traveling Chef Eriko Kishimoto and Her Circle" to be held at KAMAKURA meet from Friday, October 10 to Monday, October 20, 2025. This exhibition brings together lifestyle items created by a circle of craft and food makers whom Kishimoto has met and deeply trusted over the years. From handcrafted tableware and textiles to sweets and seasonings, each item reflects Kishimoto’s unique sensibility and enriches everyday living. We look forward to welcoming you in Kamakura. 今回ご紹介するのは

私の暮らしに寄り添ってくれる仲間たち。

触れたり使ったり食べたりするたびに

私を甘やかし

私の背筋を伸ばしてくれるもの。

すっかり日常に溶け込んでいるけれど

ずっと憧れていて、尊敬していて、

だから一緒にいるだけでうれしくて。

作った人の顔が思い浮かぶような

心から愛おしいものばかり。

本当は秘密にしたいくらい大切だけど

こんなに素敵なものがあるんだよって

自慢したい気持ちもあるから

今回は特別に

大好きな場所でこっそりお披露目。

岸本恵理子 The pieces I’m sharing in this exhibition are dear companions that quietly support my daily life.

Every time I touch them, use them, or taste them, they pamper me—yet also gently remind me to stand tall.

They’ve become part of my everyday,  and yet I still admire and respect them deeply.  Just being around them brings me joy.  Each one is so beloved,  I can vividly picture the face of its creator.

They’re so precious to me that, honestly,  I almost want to keep them a secret.  But they’re just too wonderful not to share.  So this time, I’ve decided to quietly reveal them—  at a place I truly love.

岸本恵理子 | 出張料理人

修行をしたイタリアに根付いた料理、そして旅を愛するゆえの独自のフィ ルターを介した多国籍の料理を展開。地球上各地へ出向いて、舌・胃袋・ハートに刻んだ味を伝える。個人宅への出張料理、旅での味覚まわりの記憶を反映したメニュー開発、メディアでのレシピ提供やフードコーディネート、料理と酒の関係性にも造詣が深く、生産者来日時のワインイベントにおける通訳や料理なども。 Eriko Kishimoto | Traveling Chef 

Eriko Kishimoto creates multicultural cuisine through her own unique lens—shaped by her culinary training in Italy and her love for travel. She brings to life the flavors she has experienced and cherished across the globe, delivering them with care to the palate, the stomach, and the heart.

Her work includes private in-home dining experiences, recipe development inspired by the sensory memories of her journeys, and contributions to media through original recipes and food styling. Deeply knowledgeable about the relationship between food and alcohol, she also interprets and prepares meals for wine events featuring visiting producers.
